North Fork Valley Integrative Medicine
Evidence-informed, personalized care for women ages 35-60 navigating fatigue, weight changes, hormone shifts, gut symptoms, inflammation, insulin resistance, and the feeling that standard visits are not going deep enough.
What Longitude Wellness Offers
Longitude Wellness helps patients better understand why symptoms are happening, not just what diagnosis code fits the chart. Care is collaborative, educational, and designed for adult women who want a more complete look at metabolism, hormones, gut health, inflammation, and long-term vitality.
Clinic services and telehealth are available by appointment for Crawford, Hotchkiss, Paonia, Delta County, and the surrounding North Fork Valley communities. Telehealth services are available for individuals in CO and UT.

Who This Is For
Longitude Wellness is built for adults in their mid-30s, 40s, 50s, and early 60s who are tired of being told everything is normal when they still feel off. Common concerns include stubborn weight changes, insulin resistance, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid questions, digestive symptoms, inflammation, poor sleep, and low energy.
The practice serves Crawford, Hotchkiss, Paonia, Delta County, and surrounding Western Colorado communities by appointment.
Care and Payment Model
Longitude Wellness provides focused integrative and functional medicine services. It does not replace primary care, urgent care, or emergency care.
Insurance will be accepted for eligible covered services. Some services, testing, or portions of care may not be covered and will be offered on a cash-pay basis. Coverage and patient responsibility vary by plan.
Patients should maintain an established primary care provider for routine primary care, screenings, acute concerns, and care outside the scope of Longitude Wellness. Services here are intended to complement—not replace—primary care.
