Meet Christi Anderson
Christi Anderson, RN, MSN, WHNP-BC, FNP-C, CME, BC-FMP, is a triple board-certified Nurse Practitioner helping women ages 35-60 in the North Fork Valley make sense of complex symptoms and move toward a practical, medically grounded plan.
Clinical Background
Christi Anderson is a triple board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience across emergency medicine, labor and delivery, family practice, and rural Colorado care. For the past seven years, she has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in rural Colorado, caring for patients across the lifespan and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns.
That broad clinical background shapes how she practices. Christi understands the value of conventional medicine, and she also recognizes when patients need more time, more context, and a more connected plan than a standard visit can provide.
At Longitude Wellness, her work is focused on adult women, especially women in their mid-30s through early 60s, who want a medically grounded approach to fatigue, stubborn weight change, insulin resistance, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid questions, gut symptoms, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, and long-term prevention.
Her style is calm, direct, and educational. The goal is not to chase trends or overwhelm patients with protocols. It is to listen carefully, recognize patterns, explain what may be driving symptoms, and build realistic next steps that fit the person in front of her.
Why Longitude Wellness Exists
Many patients are told everything is normal while they still feel anything but normal.
Over time, Christi saw a widening gap in traditional healthcare. Women were coming in with fatigue, weight gain, metabolic dysfunction, hormone changes, gastrointestinal symptoms, inflammation, autoimmune concerns, and chronic disease risk, yet many were told their labs were normal or that their symptoms were simply part of aging.
Too many patients felt rushed, unheard, or reduced to a diagnosis code. That realization led Christi toward a more personalized and integrative approach to care: one that asks better questions, connects more dots, and creates a roadmap patients can actually understand and follow.
Areas of Focus
Longitude Wellness is designed for adult women, especially ages 35-60, who want a modern medical partner for complex symptoms, prevention, and long-term vitality.
Insulin resistance, prediabetes, weight gain, cholesterol patterns, blood pressure risk, and sustainable lifestyle strategy.
Perimenopause, menopause, thyroid questions, sleep disruption, mood changes, hot flashes, and energy changes.
Digestive symptoms, microbiome imbalance, food tolerance concerns, autoimmune patterns, and inflammation signals.
Clinical interpretation that looks at trends, context, symptoms, and the difference between normal and optimal.
Practice Philosophy
Christi believes healthcare should help patients understand why symptoms are occurring, not simply move them through a shorter visit. Healing is rarely about one prescription or one lab marker. It often requires looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, movement, inflammation, gut health, metabolic function, and real-life follow-through together.
The goal is practical and personal: help women move beyond just surviving and toward feeling strong, energized, confident, and fully engaged in their lives again.
Root-Cause Process
This is a calm, structured, medically grounded process for women who are ready for deeper context and better direction.
Your story, symptoms, goals, history, and frustrations are part of the clinical picture.
Labs, lifestyle, metabolism, hormones, gut health, inflammation, and risk patterns are reviewed together.
You get education that makes the plan understandable instead of vague or overwhelming.
Care adapts as symptoms, labs, habits, and real-life follow-through change over time.
