Services

A deeper strategy for whole-body wellness.

Care at Longitude Wellness is primarily designed for adult women, especially ages 35-60, who need symptoms, labs, health history, lifestyle, metabolism, hormones, gut health, and inflammation connected into a practical plan. Men are also welcome for services that align with the practice's clinical expertise.

North Fork Valley Women's Care

Support for the symptoms that often show up in midlife.

Women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and early 60s often arrive with more than one concern: fatigue, sleep changes, stubborn weight gain, insulin resistance, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid questions, digestive symptoms, inflammation, mood shifts, and cardiovascular risk. Longitude Wellness looks at those concerns together instead of treating them as unrelated problems.

Men may also receive consultative care for applicable concerns such as metabolic health, gut health, inflammation, fatigue, prevention, and long-term vitality.

Appointments serve Crawford, Hotchkiss, Paonia, Delta County, and the surrounding North Fork Valley by appointment.

Care and Payment

Insurance where eligible. Self-pay where coverage ends.

Longitude Wellness will accept insurance for eligible covered services. Because insurance plans differ—and some integrative services, extended care, or testing may not be covered—certain services or portions of care will be cash pay.

Benefits and coverage are determined by each patient's insurance plan. Patients will receive information about expected self-pay responsibilities before non-covered services are provided.

Longitude Wellness does not provide primary care. Care is designed to work in conjunction with an established primary care provider. Patients should continue seeing their PCP for routine primary care, preventive screenings, acute illness, and services outside this practice's scope.
